The app picks an entry from the journal and asks you a single question.
“What does this moment say about how Teo learns?” You answer with a sentence or two, typed or dictated. By June the document is done without ever sitting down to write it.
FOR WHEN YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN IT
What many families call a home education plan, an educational philosophy or a PEI.
In Growthfolio you don't fill it in: it's built from the moments in your journal, and it's always up to date.
No forms · In your own words · Every version kept with its date

HOW IT'S BUILT
The hard part of an education plan is explaining how you educate without sounding like a report. So nobody here starts from a blank page.
“What does this moment say about how Teo learns?” You answer with a sentence or two, typed or dictated. By June the document is done without ever sitting down to write it.
Half a page in your own words, with examples of what sounds right and what sounds like a form. Plus the growmate's own voice: what they most enjoyed learning, as they say it.
You send them a link; they write three or four lines with their name, no account needed, and they appear in the document with the date.
WHAT THE DOCUMENT CONTAINS
A PDF set like a book, made for someone who reads it in two minutes and for someone who wants to check everything.

Who they are, what a week looks like, who is around them, how you follow their progress and why you educate at home. With date, version and the curriculum reference of their stage.

The photo, your sentence as a quote and the journal facts underneath: how many sessions, how many photos, which certificate backs it.

By area of their stage's curriculum: what was done this year with numbered evidence, and the destination. If there's little of something, it says so.

The lines of those around them outside home, with name, relationship and date. And what the growmate says.
Example pages with fictional data. The real document is generated from your entries.
WITH CARE
Drag your finger over the faces that aren't yours and they get pixelated. The covered photo is saved; the original isn't kept.
A photo can stay in the app only: it won't appear in any PDF.
The assistant drafts only from journal facts, in the first person plural, and flags anything that sounds like a form. Nothing goes out until you've reviewed it.
Reviewed every term and, when the year changes, it includes the review: what you said and what happened.
It's what many families call an education plan, an educational philosophy or, in Spain, a PEI. We call it the educational framework because it explains the frame in which your child learns: why, what and how, with evidence. Each school year has its own.
The framework grows with the journal. The first month you'll have one moment; by June, one per month. You can write the why from day one.
The document carries the Spanish state curriculum reference and your region's, and can be produced in Catalan, Basque, Galician or Valencian. Requirements vary by administration and country: the framework answers what assessment instruments look at, but it doesn't replace advice from an association or a professional.
The assistant drafts four chapters from your entries, never from nothing, and cannot invent. You read them, change them and mark them reviewed. The moment sentences, the why and the voices are always human.
You can cover their faces when uploading a photo or later, and leave any photo out of reports. You still see it in the app.
It's included in Growthfolio's single plan: €6.99 a month or €59.99 a year for the whole family, with 30 days free to try it. Drafting a chapter with the assistant uses one of the 150 monthly AI actions.
