Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You create your space and get 30 full days without entering any payment details. Only if you decide to continue do you pick the monthly or yearly plan.
What happens when the 30 days end?
If you don't subscribe, your space switches to read-only: you can still see everything you logged and export it whenever you want. Nothing is deleted.
Is the price the same on the web and in the iPhone app?
Yes: €6.99 a month or €59.99 a year, taxes included, whether you subscribe on the web or through the App Store.
How many kids and guardians can I have?
As many as you need. One plan covers the whole family: unlimited kids and any guardians you invite, sharing the same space and data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Account if you subscribed on the web, or from your Apple ID settings if you did it in the app. No lock-in, no penalties.
Where is my data?
On European Union servers, encrypted. Each family can only see its own space, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
