1. The service

Growthfolio is a family growth journal: it lets parents and guardians document their children's learning, health, reading and social life, and generate reports. The service is continuously improved and may incorporate changes and new features regularly.

2. Your account

You must be an adult and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email, which is your key to the service. You can invite other guardians to your family space; by doing so, you share all the space's content with them.

3. Your content

Everything you record (texts, photos) is yours. You grant us only the technical permission strictly needed to store it and show it back to you. You agree to upload only content you have the right to use and that relates to your own family.

4. Acceptable use

Growthfolio may not be used for unlawful purposes, to store content unrelated to its purpose, or to attempt to access other families' data.

5. Price, free trial and payment

Every family space includes a 30-day free trial, no card required. After that, full use requires the family plan subscription: €6.99/month or €59/year (taxes included), covering all the guardians and kids of the space.

Payment is processed through Stripe; we do not store your card details.
The subscription renews automatically; you can cancel at any time from Settings → Account → Manage subscription, effective at the end of the period already paid.
If the trial ends without a subscription (or it is cancelled), the space becomes read-only: you keep access to all your content and to exporting it, but you cannot add new entries.
Prices may be updated; any change will be announced at least 30 days in advance and will never affect periods already paid.
We may issue promotional codes or discounts at our discretion.

6. Referral programme

Every space has a referral code. If a new family creates their space using your code and subscribes, you accumulate a commission of 10% of every payment they make. Programme conditions:

The balance can be cashed out from €50 accumulated, via Bizum or bank transfer, by requesting it from Settings → Account. Payouts are processed manually within roughly 15 days.
If a referred payment is refunded, its commission is deducted from the balance.
Self-referrals and fraudulent practices (fake accounts, spam) are not allowed; their detection voids the balance and, where appropriate, the programme for that account.
Whoever receives commissions is responsible for their own tax obligations.
The programme may be modified or closed with reasonable notice; accumulated balances above the payout threshold will be honoured.

7. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We recommend exporting your data periodically (Settings → Account).

8. Cancellation and termination

You can leave at any time by deleting your account (Settings → Account). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
